  • Getting Started

    1. How do I sign up?

    To get started with Social Intern, head over to our signup page and choose a plan. Then fill out a bit of information about yourself and your business, and your intern will get to work creating posts right away.

    2. What plan should I choose?

    Right now, we only have one plan available. However, more plans and more features are coming soon! To see our plans, visit our pricing page.

    3. Do I need to have a WhatsApp or Slack account?

    Yes, you currently need a WhatsApp or Slack account to use Social Intern. WhatsApp is free to sign up, and base-level Slack accounts are free and easy to use. Head over to Slack to sign up. Note: we are not directly affiliated with WhatsApp or Slack.

    4. If I use Slack, does my Slack account need to be paid?

    No - Social Intern works with both free and paid Slack accounts.

    5. Do I need to have social media accounts already?

    Not necessarily. You'll need social media accounts for your social intern to post to, but if you don't already have these accounts, you can set them up anytime. All are free to create, and your social intern can handle everything once your accounts are created.

    6. Do I need to have my own third-party AI accounts?

    No! Social Intern is a one-stop-shop, and your plan includes everything you need. We take care of all AI generation, so you don't need to subscribe to any other tools.

  • Social Media Accounts

    1. What social media platforms are supported?

    We currently support X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

    2. How does Social Intern generate posts?

    Your AI intern uses information you provide about your business, plus any additional instructions you provide, in conjunction with various generative AI models to create well-crafted posts tailored for the social media platform(s) you use.

    3. How much can I customize the posts generated by my intern?

    You have full control over the posts created by your AI intern. After you've received a post on WhatsApp or Slack, you can ask for a new post, ask for new images, or even edit the post directly so that it says exactly what you want it to say. Your intern is there to do the hard work, but you're ultimately in control of what gets posted.

    4. Can I give my intern specific instructions?

    Yes, you can provide very specific and customized instructions to your AI intern. We especially suggest telling your AI intern what you *don't* want it to write about so it avoids any unwanted or sensitive topics.

    5. Are images included with social media posts?

    Yes! Most of the time, you will receive four possible images to include with your post. You aren't required to include any of these images, and you can also ask your intern to create new images if the first options don't work for you.

    6. When does my intern generate posts?

    After you sign up, you'll need to create a schedule outlining when you want your AI intern to generate posts for you. Around the time(s) you set, your intern will Slack you with a new social media post, and you'll be able to edit or post that content anytime before your next scheduled post.

    7. Can I edit the posts created by my intern?

    Yes, you can edit the post created by your social media intern completely - change words, emoticons, hashtags, or images. You can also ask your intern to create an entirely new post or new images. You're in full control.

    8. Can I review posts before they're posted to social media?

    Yes! Your AI intern will never post to your social channels without your confirmation. At the time(s) you choose, your intern will Slack you with a suggested social media post. You then choose what happens next - post, modify, or skip. Nothing gets posted without your OK.

  • Billing

    1. Is there a free trial?

    Yes. Your AI intern will work hard for you - totally free - for 7 days. After that, you'll be billed at your plan's monthly rate.

    2. Do I need a credit card to sign up?

    No, you don't need a credit card to sign up. You'll only need to provide payment information when you're ready to start your paid subscription.

    3. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards.

    4. How can I cancel my account?

    Cancelling your account is easy. Just log into your Social Intern dashboard, head over to the Billing section, and click "Cancel my account". Confirm to cancel.

  • Other Questions

    1. I forgot my password - what do I do?

    If you forgot your password, head over to our password reset page. Enter the email address you used when you signed up, and we'll send you a link you can use to reset your password.

    2. Is my business information private?

    Yes. We use the information you provide when configuring your brand to craft custom instructions to provide to the AI models, so this information may be shared with third parties. However, it's only used to create social media posts and is never shared publicly.

    3. Do you sell any of my data?

    No, we don't sell or share any of your data, and none of your information (including your brand configuration) is available publicly. The information you provide to us is only used to provide the Social Intern service to you.

    4. Are the posts really created entirely by AI?

    Yes! It's amazing, isn't it? All of the text and the images included in your social media posts are entirely AI-generated.
